Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refunds not processed by bank | |||
I purchased shoes for rs13049 from Amazon..due to some reason returned them back..amazon said my refund was processed on 29th jan 2021..but even after 12 days amount is not reflecting in my PNB account.. I have called amazon they mailed me refund reference number. I called pnb customer care, visited bank branch, called circle office for help but in vain. Amazon advised me to fill a charge dispute form..i asked bank for form they there is no such form. We don't know about this.. Please help me out, it is total harassment by pnb bank.
