Sir, I deposited 9500 rupees old notes in pnb branch after 8 november 2016 at pnb manakpur ii p. O.-udhamgarh, tehsil-jagadhri, distt-yamunanagar, haryana (Ifsc code - punb0111300). So when i went to take that cash in new form the manager said that you cant withdraw that money because you deposited in old form after 8 nov. Sir i went 3-4 times and stood up in long queue for long hours and still they said you cant withdraw. I need urgent money as we need to arrange a function for my father's 'rasam kriya'. I applied for pnb net banking on 27th nov 2016 and havn't recieved my id till now.When i ask the bank manager he just tells me to come on a later day each and every time.My account no. is [protected] .It would be grateful if someone could help me out.

Hi Team,

The PNB customer care number is always unavailable.

It is so difficult to reach them.

The number is busy anytime of the day.

This is not good. Kindly correct this.

I am complaining about Pnb Staff. Staff are misbehaving with customers and using very rude language this is not fair at all i want a strict action against them they are behaving like the boss and even they are not providing good service to customers kindly keep this in notice and make them realise that they are not doing good.
