I'm Monal Moolchandani and i have an account in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur branch of PNB of account
On December 8, 2020 i fill an online form for RMCAAP, for MCA admission in RTU, Kota and i made an online payment with my debit card on the very same day and my account get debited for 1200 Rs but my application didn't proceed forward and i didn't even get the mail from them for Transaction being successful.
Transaction ID for this is transaction was "b3615d8ba6e32043a183" .
Then with no response from bank i lodge my first online complaint on December 10, 2020 of complaint no. "I[protected]" but after many days of issue not being resolved from your side i lodge another
Complain on December 23, 2020 of no. "I[protected]" and i didn't get any response from your side but now when i called them they told me that my transaction was successful at at that time but i didn't get the confirmation mail till 18 December 2020 that's why i have to fill that form again on December 18 and even now i don't have the confirmation mail for transaction being successful of December 8 payment and previously they also told me that due to some server issues my payment is struck in between
It's been an year and I went to bank many times in this year
but they are not helping me at all.
I have all the statements of debited amount from my bank as well
Please help me by resolving this issue.
