Respected sir,
Our respected prime minister shri narendra modi and our finanance minister had announced in febuary 2015 two insurance policies "pradhan mantri suraksha bima yojna & pradhan mantri jeevan bima yojna". I also applied for both policies in the name myself and my wife smt poonam rani, in punjab national bank, navyug market, ghaziabadin the financiel year[protected]Receipt attached). But till today, neither we have recd any policy nor any response from the bank. Two times i went to the bank, but not any positive response.

Rs. 3189 was deducted from my account on 12th jan 2018 but was not received to the shopkeeper, and i paid him cash and i lodged complaint on 30th jan 2017 and they told me to wait for 45 days, but still no action has been taken, its almost more than 45 days
