Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Regarding refund of Rs.2399 which is initiated into my debit card from amazon on 18.11.2020 but the amount has not been got. | |||
My name is sankalp Gambhir and I had ordered one Anker (PowerCore 20100) Power Bank in Amazon on 11.11.2020 and after 12.11.2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18.11.2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn;t get the money. Amazon send this reference no.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form, but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So kindely respond to this complaint its very urgetnt.
