Respected Sir/Madam

I am a savings account holder of your chembur main branch of Punjab National Bank. My name is MOHD ARSHAD MOHD IDRISH ANSARI, and my account number is [protected]. I would like to inform you that yesterday on 06 October 2023 at 7:30 pm I was transferring an amount of Rs 10000 to another bank account whose account number is[protected], But by mistake the amount was transferred to another account number[protected].

I have made this transaction through my internet banking portal, and the transaction reference number is IMPS OUT/[protected]/ ICIC0002779/[protected]. I have also mentioned of my bank statement for your reference, which clearly highlights the unauthorized transactions. and also complaint lodged against incorrect transaction reference at PNB Toll-Free, and its complaint number I[protected].

I want to tell you that today I went to my PNB branch with wrong transaction complaint, but my bank manager did not register my wrong transaction complaint and I even mailed them, but didn`t come positive reply from their side. I am completely frustrated due to this type of service from your branch I did not expect this from Punjab National Bank.

I believe that if a customer accidentally commits a wrong transaction while transferring an amount from one bank account to another, then the customer first trusts his bank lodges a complaint with the manager of his bank, then the manager gets the details of the wrong transaction. And the manager should assist the customer by talking to the manager of the other bank through the IFSC code of the account with the wrong transaction.

Kindly help me with the reversal of the amount debited from my account. I hope you will help me with this. Looking forward to your cooperation.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to tell you that when I got negative feedback from the manager of my bank, i.e., the chembur main branch, I became completely dejected. And then, through you, I appealed this complaint. And I would be very grateful to you for your strong support through your team in resolving the issue raised by me. But before getting a reply from your team, I was very serious about this concern, and the wrong transaction reference number (IMPS OUT/[protected]/ICIC0002779/[protected], so I contacted ICICI Bank through the internet using the IFSC code (ICIC0002779).



The ICICI Bank has Kalamboli branch, which is in Navi Mumbai. Then I met the branch manager of ICICI Bank and told him about my wrong transaction, and he listened to me clearly and then appealed to him to file a complaint in this regard. But then he told me that first, an official letter or official mail should come to us from your bank, i.e., Punjab National Bank, regarding this complaint, so that after that, we can start the further process as soon as possible.



Therefore, I appeal to you to send an official letter or official mail and share any information you have as part of the under process. to the ICICI Bank of Kalamboli branch so that they can start action against this complaint as soon as possible and help me resolve the problem with my money.
