This is in regards to a refund of INR 2446.98/- initiated by Paytm to my PNB Debit card no. 6070xxxxxxxx8861on 18 december2020

According to Paytm, amount of Rs 2446.98/-has been successfully processed to Punjab National bank Debit Card but i have no yet recieved my refund money .
Contacting to the local branch they said to write mail to the irctc but since the booking was failed whats a point to mail irctc
My booking was failed and the transaction also took place for which i am being told by paytm that they have already initiated the refund money to my debitcard.
please help to give me the refund money as soon as possible.
