On 02/11/2020 I tried to make a transaction using PNB net banking service to pay for domain name purchase from GoDaddy company website.
Due to some technical failure transaction got failed! so, my order to godaddy was cancelled.
But I got a message from PNB for 1915 INR deduction.
I called PNB Care so they have said that your money will be refunded in 7 days of time. but I won't get refund So I had registered first complaint on 28/11/2020 to PNB custom care.
So, then they have said it will take 45 days, I had to wait for such long time again. and I have waited.
Now it is been 2+ years to this! till date no solution from the bank. and not even a single response from the bank side.
I keep calling PNB care and they keep making false promises about the issue, but no solution is given till date.
Every time PNB support has given same answer, all the time what they say is that your complaint is under process, and to make feel good they also say that now we are moving your complaint forward for special attention.
If you check my details, I have made a lot of complaints in PNB customer support, called 100+ times, and even sent emails too.

Besides this:
I already have contacted GoDaddy for the same 100 times, and as per them they have not received the money.
I also contacted CCAvenue for the same, they said to contact the bank or vendor.

This time I am hoping to get a refund and close the complaint.
