Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Upi payment failed but money is deducted

I was Filling my IB Form online after completing the process I enter to payment by UPI in phone pe the account gets deduced, but the status was not updated. The Upi payment is deducted from the account and not updated in the application form and shoe payment failure I try to resolve the issue in Ib complaint box they replied as to wait for 48 hour or reach your respected bank branch.
AFTER 48HOURS I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT THAT
COMPLAINT -Upi payment is deducted from the account and not updated in the application form.
RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT -Request for a refund of my payment
