As attached with this e-mail PNB Bhattu kalan have (I and my
Brother) blank signed check book on issuing education loan in 2011.
Regarding this before 2 years two times i informed to PNB circle
office, but till now did't find our check book. According to PNB
Education loan term condition any PNB Branch can't have any Student
signed blank check book.Before two years i wanted to restart my loan
payment, but before this wanted back my signed check book. i want to
know that
1. How This branch have our signed blank check book
2. Why did't returned this check book till now
3. How applied 138 case against us
4. How this branch misuse of PNB Education loan, 138 case term condition.
so i requesting u plz find attachment and consider my problem for
achieve good customer confidence for ur action.
