[Resolved] Punjab National Bank — Refusing to register my complaint | |||
On 28th of September 2014 morning at 11:52:56 am my money didn't came out from Punjab National Bank's ATM. But later on a message came on my mobile that amount was debited from my account. Since Sunday evening I have called at least 5 times to the bank's costumer care to register my complaint so that my money can be refunded back even twice I have spoke to there Seniors but all of them were just given lame excuses and they are not registering my complaint. I just want my sum of amount to be refunded back in my account as soon as possible. I can't keep on calling every time just to hear their lame excuses.
