Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation / Milkfed Verka — Verka curd

I purchased verka curd on 17 March 24. When I opened it, it had milky water in it instead of curd. I showed it to shopkeeper (Taneja General Store, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, 141001) from where I purchased it and he denied to change it and said to file complaint.
