I bought a Flat in Purva Bulemont, it’s a ready to move-in flat and found damages shown in photos. The joined inspection was done on 10/11/2020 and i was told these damages (snag work) will be fixed in 2 weeks. Its been more than 3 months, no sign of fixing the snag and no response from Puravankara team.
Employees in Coimbatore doesn’t have any responsibility, authority & accountability. My queries have been routed to Bangalore, I thought of interacting with Bangalore team but ended up talking to customer care and my queries routed back to Coimbatore team again.
There is no way to escalate our concern, after 6 weeks of continuous follow-up I was connected to GM subsequently my concern escalated to management. Now its been more than 12 weeks, no action yet. All I heard from GM is Pending Approval, Issue with fund release, Technical team clearance.
Even a GM of Puravankara can’t follow-up through internal team to complete the snag work. All I heard is action pending
First 4 weeks – No action, No response, just follow-up
Second 4 weeks – Pending Fund approval, just to spend ~40K out of 60+ lakhs that I paid.
Third 4 weeks - Pending action with Technical team Its just a snag work, not sure why is it taking so long to clarify their questions.
Now entering to Fourth 4 weeks awaiting for different excuse
Puravankara management is incapable of satisfying their customer and can’t keep up their commitment. No action even after continuous follow-up. Puravankara Technical team is absolutely horrible…
