The sales team is fraud in Purvankara/Provident square one. During the sale, they don't reveal openly all the cost and give you surprises once you have paid the token money. Verbally they promise that the booking/advance money will be fully refunded but later they show their terms and conditions stating the booking amount is not refundable.
What should I do? what should be my next steps to get this sorted?
