i received a mail saying that at the time of my referee purchased in Puravankara she should mentioned referrer name on the application. but they took all the required signatures from my referee without collecting this particular information from my referee. and i clearly infomed to Puravankara if they needed swarnalatha (referee name) is ready to sign any document that she was referred by me for this project.
as i have already informed that these people keep on change their executives and blame them to give us required support for referral adjustment.
i am really getting frustration following with them by writing several mails but they always trying to define themselves with some baseless rules and regulations.
i seek your kind support to solve this issue and do the right justice by helping me with my request.

as i have already shared you my experience dealing with your sales team in earlier mails. he clearly told me that my referee should pay 15% than only i will get eligibility to receive the claim till than he said that no paper work is going to happen. from that day till date i keepon insisting your sales and customer care ( priyanka & sangeetha) to adjust the referral claim for which they took documents couple of times by sending Naresh to my office. you can enquire with him how many times i had submitted all required documents for this process.
as i told you over phone, if you need any confirmation from swarnalatha ( referral customer) i can get it done anytime.
just wants to understand if (Eligibility – the referrar has to metion the refree’s name in the refferal form) eligibility to get this claim is this particular clause than why you had collected referral form several times from me which i have proof of mails with me. it means very simple that you people made fool out of me like whenever payment is pending from my side you played this drama with me by collecting requanired referral forms and once i make the payment after that people will get disappeared and again next time new people will follow with me with the same method to collect outstanding payment and again to get disappeared.
all i need is to pay me as per your payment structure whether it is 1.2% or 1 lac maximum. i had spend my good quality time to convince this prospective customer with whom i had visited several times for the sale. this wasn't happened that easily after trying with so many people in my network i was able to close this one with swarnalatha. and i am not going to leave this that easily.
you people needs to understand why am i sending so many mails registered complained in customer forum and sending my experience in all puravankara review sites its because all my efforts gone to vain to reduce my cost on my investment in puravankara and you people get ready to receive notice if i am not getting my referral claim adjustment.
