Hi, i bought a pure shop perfect shaper slimming belt by seeing an advertisement on television. I placed the order over the phone that was displayed in the ad in television. The product was of poor quality and is not at all a slimming belt. Its just a cloth roll, and that too xxl size and was very loose.
I made multiple calls to the customer care and everytime i call them they are reassuring me that the product will be replaced in 2 days. Its been like this since past 2 months. Every 2 days i have been calling them and they are telling the same, with different excuses, like stock was not available etc.
Now i got exhausted and understood that they are trying to cheat customers like this. Try to take serious action on such fraud sites and also the television channels who are promoting such nuicence.
