I have ordered an perfect shaper belt from pureshop company through phone provided in maa television advertisement (Telecast at 12:00am every day).
The product is unusable as it is not as expected & telecasting on advertisements. I have called number of times, which they repeatedly says a statement "we will replace the item tomorrow before evening 5pm. If not received, call again. We will help you." till date, every couple of days, i used to call them day & night.

Requesting money refund.

Actually, the problem is from television media, which has to be convey correct information to the public.

Now-a-days, media becomes an incoming source by promoting unauthorized /fraud companies to be sale their products. Media, without verifying the companies, allowing to advertise fraud products to be sale to customers.in that list maa tv is the number one and next zee. Even maa tv is also not responding to this.
