With reference to subject line I hereby want to complaint about the services provided and response from local service provider is really disappointing.
I was using Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquguard but because of i put my trust on Indian brand but now I am really very disappointed with the answers that I am getting from local service provider.
I have purchased Pureit Eeco ultima RO+UV+MF. Whenever I am getting any problem and registering a complaint always local service provider tells me about the charges to be pid. My instrument is under warrnty and It is giving error of Change GKK. I have already taken Extended warrnty of 2 years.
For branded products like this basic consumables should be covered if it is not covered in warranty of extended warranty then what is the meaning of taking this products or services.
