Puricom Water Pvt Ltd — Delay and non compliance of amc

I had made an AMC (no. 15324) with m/s aqua guard puricom from 18/11/2013 to 17/02/2016 for my Aquaguard. As per the contract, every 6 months they will do the service for the machine but they only attend after repeated complaints. The minimum time to attend is 2 days which is not justified. In my recent complaint on 8th Jan 2016, the service engineer, mr. Brijesh attended after 2 days i.e 10th Jan 2016 and was unable to get it rectified. The machine was taken by him to the company for repair. As per his commitment the machine had to be returned the very next day i.e 11th Jan but till date Imi.e 13th Jan, they have not sent back the machine nor have they intimated. They are reluctant in attending the call and are giving lame excuses. Also, in today's time, their work is all manual and not done on computer, therefore there is even more delay. Please help to resolve the issue.
