Cancel my prepaid order I didn't get my money back

I purchased from purplle app on 6 th march 2024 and also paid online. Order I'd[protected].Then the delivery date was 7 th march. But the delivery was delayed upto 9 th march . I cancel my prepaid order and the delivery agent returned product. My money is not credited till today. Please be back my money immediately... They said money is refunded. Immediately issue my money otherwise complained to consumer court....

Order Id -46206675

I reported a non working electronic product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund.Why will i keep something that is not working
. And the reason they say is too
many returns from ur account wherein
they didn't provide "not working" option as a reason for return request

Later I spoke to customer care and selected the correct issue, still they rejected the return request...

Used product return and refund

...i reported a used product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund. Why will i keep something that is used. And the reason they say is too many returns from ur account wherein this is my first return request ever sent. I hate purple. Please do not use this app. Very angry😡..and now they replied check email and all of that but they will still say the same in email that too many return requests..purple...

Empty box delivered me

I placed an order for some product on Purplle.com and the order no. is #[protected]××××× delivered me dated on 10/11/2023.Now I cut the delivered parcel and not get anything inside that.I paid for that to the courier services and get nothing inside the box, the box is totally empty.

Lipstick Color is different Refund request rejected

My order delivery postponed again and again for no reason

I have placed my order on sep 2 the estimated delivery is sep 6 but the delivery has been postponed by the app on sep 8 now it again postponed to sep 10 even though when i checked their delivery partner site it shows my order had reached the destination a day before but it still postponed...

Product not delivered but marked as delivered

Hi,
I ordered bella vita perfume and neutrogena hydro boost on 30th may. It was a prepaid order. The delivery time took so long than expected so I cancelled the order and in the app it was mentioned not to accept the order when attempted for delivery so I declined the order when the delivery partner reached out to me. But in the app it is marked as delivered and I complained about it to the customer care but its still not resolved...

Rejected return request

I have ordered a head and shoulder shampoo from purplle.com on 2 july 2023. When I received the parcel and opened it I found that lid of the bottle was broken and whenever I push the pump for shampoo, the shampoo from the broken part is leaking. When I raised return request on the App, they have rejected my request by giving policy excuses. When again I raised the request they again rejected it by giving same reason. Return request rejected

I have ordered a shampoo of 1ltr from purplle.com on 5 july 2023. When I received the parcel and opened it I found the bottle damaged. The lid of bottle was broken and shampoo was leaking from it. When i raised return request they rejected my request by giving policy excuses. And when I raised request again, they rejected it again .I mailed them also but received no response from their side. Skin allergy

I buy a product from Purple offline store in kamla nagar Delhi. I have acne prone skin so I told my demand to Sales woman and she advised me to buy this Salsyclic acid toner. I buy because and I applied same night Next day I got 3-4 Huge pimples on my Face. I thought maybe it's just my imagination Again I applied on the same Day And seriously my skin is itching Red skin And got so many pimples on my face. I didn't never expect that from purple...

Delay in delivering products

I have ordered 3 items on 8th June, estimated delivery date was 12th June. but I haven't received the product yet. It's been 3 days after the estimated date. the estimated date has extended to 3 more days again. how long will the estimated date will extend. when i am going to receive the order. Products are not delivered but they're sending messages all products are delivered which I have been ordered

I ordered some products from purplle app on 6th June and on 9th June at night 11.40 I got message from purplle all products are delivered.. But I have not got any single product from them.. in fact after ordered my products I haven't got any single messages from them and not even OTP for product receiving.. I called customer care service and assured me that they will solve the problem within 48 hours but they are not giving me any updates.....
