Purus Capital Advisor — Fraud company management : don't pay salaries to employees

Purus Capital Advisors is run by Makarand Ansingkar who is very well in duping anybody and everybody on this earth. I joined this company on the say that salaries would be on time and we have enough amount in bank to sustain without income for next one year however he didnt even pay amount due of rent.
He is being accompanied by Mr. Saurav Saha who works with other firm and has not disclosed anything about his employment before recruiting us.

Please suggest me how should i proceed for the salary clearance.
