PVR Cinemas — Amount deducted twice for ticket booking

I booked ticket on 06th of August 2023 for jailer movie on the date of 10th.
The amount of ticket costs 1222.70 and I paid the amount and I checked my transaction history and the amount of 1222.70 was deducted twice..
Kindly resolve my issue I need my refund back which is taken extra from my account..
This is not fair to deduct amount like this i want a valid explanation of my issue and it should be resolved asap!!
The ticket was booked in PVR cinemas, forum Mall, kanakapura road, banglore

As PvR cinemas has notified my complaint I'm asking you to resolve my issue my refunding my money back that is 1222.70 please!! I need it as soon as possible...
