PVR Cinemas — Cancellation of Tickets Booked::Erroneously ticket booked for 29th april instead of 30th april

Dear Concern,
I have erroneously booked 4 tickets worth Rs 3684/- for 29th april instead of 30th april at PVR cinemas pacific mall subhash nagar delhi through paytm but when i called at PVR they are saying they will not refund amount booked for tickets as they are booked through paytm and we dont have access to check their status..

Request you to kindly help in getting cancel the tickets and refund amount back at the earliest.
