I had booked tickets for a movie being showed on 28th july. I tried to cancel my ticket multiple times from mobile app, but it constantly said “error: try again later”. I called pvr customer support, so that they can cancel it for me. The support person simply redirected me to use web site instead of mobile app or asked to visit nearest branch and disconnected my call. This is heights of dissatisfaction. Why would they have to provide mobile app or customer support if they don’t really mean it. My booking reference number is wpm7rf6 and my mobile number is [protected]. Please take necessary action.
