I am a b.Tech student in indian institute of information technology, allahabad (A premiere institute in india). On 18/09/16, i went to pvr allahabad with two of my friends and booked three tickets of 9:20pm show of movie "pink". I have my laptop with me but while submitting bag at the deposit counter the security official denied to take it and talked to me so rudely. He was giving me some illogical reasons for not accepting my bag .
He was constantly arguing to deposit bag somewhere else but how can i trust anybody in the mall for a 50k laptop, due to night show maximum shops were closed but the security officer was not understanding my situation. His name is y.K thakrey, he is such a insane person that he was not ready to hear any of my argument, he was too much arrogant. At last he forced us to take our money back and due to that single person we were not allowed to watch that movie . When i asked him to call the manager he said that "he can't meet you he is on holiday", he was continously giving excuses without any reason.This incident has taught me many things how insane people has become that without any reason he has not allowed us to watch the movie. I just want that in future no one will have to suffer from same situation because it hurts a lot when your all preset plans got ruined like this. The security official should take the sole responsibility of this incident and make us sure that in future he will behave politely and humbly.
