I’ve booked tickets for oppenheimer for the 15 august along with food and drinks which cost about 1.7k. The amount was deducted but did not receive the tickets yet. When we tried to contact the customer service from 6 pm to 8 pm no one picked up and after 10 pm it says customer services can be contacted only from 9 am to 10 pm only.
There was a message which says that if the amount is deducted tickets will be issued, else it will be refunded.
Totally unreliable system from PVR, I’ve used many online services, I’ve never had such poor service( either have a reliable system or atleast provide customer service where people can reach out).
