[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — DRINKING WATER NOT AVAILABLE

This Multiplex located on the main Godhbunder Road ( Thane) does not have basic Drinking Water availability for guests. They have located a small water storer ( which is not even covered) in their open Balcony & only provided one Steel glass by the side. When we approached the Cinemax Staff they did not entertain and shirked away from this complaint. They are only focussed on selling their chargeable food without even bothering for the basic Drinking Water hygiene and availability. The ticket rates are exhorbiant .The theatre does not even have a escalator in working condition. The exit pathway also has broken tiles and stairs without any lights. Strict Action needs to be taken on their negligence.
