PVR Cinemas — Failed transaction over PVR app

Dear PVR, I booked a ticket yesterday for Oppenheimer movie but first transaction got failed (Error message as lost in space) I want my money back around 386 rupees ASAP.
Date is 23/07/2023.Please automate these reversals to continue our's patronage with you.
