I am an NRI who lives in UK and was in Delhi in November. I was at Rivoli PVR Cinema when one of the staff persuaded me to buy a monthly pass. I wanted the pass for just one month but I find that your staff set up a monthly direct debit mandate. I am 73 years old and did not realise what was being done. I have noticed that Rs699 are being withdrawn every month. I visited Rivoli cinema on 20th December and requested the manager on duty at 3 pm to help me. He assured me that he'll take appropriate action. I received an e-mail telling me that my monthly pass has been renewed for January and Rs 699 taken out from my bank account. I am very upset about this fraud and did not expect that PVR cinemas will do this to me. Can you please help me with this problem and stop the direct debit mandate.
