PVR Cinemas — I'm complaining about the pvr staff

I am samerpit singh and i goes to pvr cinema in ujjain madhya pradesh in there pvr cinema the staff girl which name is 'soni" and the manager they all use harsh words and they forced to take food coupen if we dont buy that coupon they didnt gave the ticket... And they use nonsense words and attitude. Towards the client and they affects the pvr services i am very disappointed by this of such a prestigious cinema... Thank you I hope you will take action on that
