PVR Cinemas — Money got debited but ticket not confirmed, kindly refund or confirm the order

I booked 2 ticket from the PVR app and paid via Gpay. The transaction was successful but tickets are not booked. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Total amount of Rs.486.64 was deducted from my account.
Incident date: 14th July 2023.
Please kindly refund or confirm my ticket.
