I booked the following tickets to watch Avatar movie at PVR Pacific Subash Nagar on Dec 25 at 10:15 hours. Ticket details are :

I have been getting calls from PVR saying due to technical glitch lesser payment has been collected for my tickets, and hence they are initiating refund.
However, it was not expected from a big brand like PVR to go back on its commitment.
Why should customers suffer for the technical glitch at your end. I do not want any refund and want to watch the movie as per my booking. Was this information helpful? |
