[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Offensive behaviour of ground staff | |||||
We were watching sultan at 1:40pm on 10/7/16 in guwahati, assam having two tickets b-22, 23. we showed the ticket to the ticket checker and he asked us to take our seats. at interval another ticket checker came and asked us to move to another place as he told us we were sitting at wrong seats, just when we were about to change our seats another ground staff named mr. chana borah was offensive in his behaviour and was ruthlessly asking us to get up and leave. he totally spoiled our time and enjoyment of the movie as i had to go out to write in the complaint book. i want strict action to b taken against such unprofessional employee hired by pvr and want my entire booking amount refunded to me. Are we paying for the ads to watch or movie? You taking all the movie goers for granted. First of all u take premium money and then you make us wait at this late hour for 30 minutes for the second part. It is really frustrating. We need our money back. You can earn your share but we need our money. We have paid 600 for 2 tickets in our mulund.
