PVR Cinemas — Paid for 30 mins free add instead of the show

PVR hope we are paying for the movie instead of the 30 mins add before the show. The show time was 4.05 Pm and it’s 4.35 Pm the show hasn’t started.
Wasted my 30 mins. Time is precious for me everyone. How do you justify this?
