This is regarding the captioned transaction, whereby I revert to inform you that I had paid an amount of Rs. 883.28 on 19.08.2023 made by the name of Heena Banga for buying the 3 ticket for the movie show gadar 2 at PVR cinemas naraina, New Delhi, for 4:10 show.
Payment has been made by google pay UPI I’d heenabanga.[protected]@okhdfcbank and was duly deducted from the account but unfortunately the ticket has not been generated on the app.
Further, to inform you that there is no resolution for any grievances faced by customer who are booking through your app. I highly appreciate that being one of the leading cinemas brand, the digitisation process should totally be in complaint with the applicable laws giving ample opportunities for the user to register their grievances.
