PVR Cinemas — Payment refund

PVR Palazzo, The Nexus Vijaya Mall AUDI 1 movie LEO .On 20th October 2023 at 10:33am during the interval of the show scanned the QR given in the screen to order some food. The transaction of ₹430 was successful but the there was no receipt for the food or any other message via SMS or mail not even on the PVR application.
