I have been sending mails and calling up almost everyday but yet my issue has not been resolved.
I had pre-booked tickets for Khoobsurat.(pre-booking id PB138780) The option I had given for theatre was PVR Lower Parel, Mumbai and timings I had opted for were 20th September or 21st September, 7 pm show. I was told that before 24 hours I will be informed regarding confirmation. I paid 500 Rs per ticket, plus internet handling charges amounting to a total of 2120 Rs. On 19th September, I called your customer service to check whether my tickets were confirmed. They said no and that I will know 24 hours in advance, so most probably it will be the 21st September 7 pm show or else my money will be refunded. After the call, on 19th Sept. night I received a mail that said my tickets were confirmed. However the date was 20th September and show timing was 12.00 am. I am not aware whether you run shows at 12 in the night (which 12.00 am means). Anyway, even if it means 12 in the afternoon, it was as not possible for me and I pointed this out to your customer service and was told that there is a mistake and this will be resolved soon. Since then I have been calling and mailing with the same answer that it will be resolved soon. This has been a very bad experience for me with PVR and I want this to be resolved and refunded my money completely! Was this information helpful? |
