Seat synchronization issue.
Dear PVR Cinemas Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent movie experience at your cinema. Last night, I went to watch "Dungeons and Dragons" at the 10:30 pm show, and I was excited to see the movie on your big screen. However, I faced a major issue during the movie that ruined my experience completely.
The seats in the theater were supposed to move and synchronize with the action on the screen, but unfortunately, there was a severe synchronization issue. The seat movements were not aligned with the scenes in the movie, and it was distracting and unpleasant. This issue took away from my enjoyment of the film, and I was disappointed with the overall experience.
I had paid a premium price for my ticket and expected a seamless and immersive movie experience. However, the synchronization issue with the seat movements was a significant letdown. I would like to request a refund for my ticket as the experience was not up to the mark.
