PVR Cinemas — PVR app , ticket not showing after payment

On 16th June 2023 i booked 2 tickets from PVR app for the movie The Flash 2023, my payment was through upi paytm ₹635, I never got any confirmation weather through PVR app or gmail, so hopefully get a response to this matter and get my refund.
