[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — PVR Cinemas - Online booking transaction error | |||
I booked an online ticket from the website "pvrcinemas.com" and ticket amount of Rs.142.47 is deducted from my account but the PVR website does not complete the transaction and took me directly to the homepage of the website. The booking does not show in my account on their site either. They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon does not get any response either. So, I visited to that PVR cinemas. When I enquired regarding the issue, attendant responded that your money will be refunded in 8 days as there is no booking on your name. But I am not satisfied with this response. This proves the low quality of customer support provided by PVR. It is highly frustrating and I will always look for an option other than PVR and recommend the same to everyone Was this information helpful? | |||
