Since then, I have been following up with the officials and customer support guys to refund my amount. Every time they keep on saying that it would be refunded in 5-6 working days. Still nothing has been done and it has been almost a month now. Heights of customer ignorance. Request the competent authorities to take due cognizance of this matter
