PVR Cinemas — Redeem the amount of Rs.300 | |||
I made an online booking of two tickets on pvrcinemas.com dated on 10th May, 2014 using PVR gift card (Rs. 300) and net banking for remaining amount (Rs. 120) but whole amount got deducted from my bank account. Gift card is also showing zero rupees balance. Gift card no. [protected] Booking Ref No. WKXT3PP I contracted PVR customer care but no one picked up the call. I Contacted PVR cinemas, Mulund but I was told to fill online form to redeem that amount. I could not able to locate online form and need your help to redeem the amount in my Gift Card. the 3d glasses are not glasses its plastic which are full of scratches.
the seating provided is not comfortable.
