I am from chennai and i have booked tickets for the movie Manjummel Boys in VR mall at 10:00Am show at March 10. my money got deducted and i received an SMS But i booked for the wrong dates. I went to the app to cancel and rebook for another day. my booking is not reflected in the app. I am not able to cancel. So kindly help me for the same. I've attached my ticket details
I am Naveen from Chennai and I have booked my tickets in pvr cinemas VR Mall But i cancelled my ticket and booked another tickets immediately but still i didn't receive my refund for the cancellation. I have also attached my ticket for reference. Please do the need full.
