PVR Cinemas — Regarding food service

Recently I went to watch Pathaan movie, during interval I wanted to order some food to eat . I was standing in the line and the waiting time was so much that I missed around 15 to 20 mins of movie time. I have faced this kind of issues with pvr cinemas several times. The problem is that the person who is at the counter, bills what the customer wants and he is the one to arrange the food also. So one can imagine the time taken by that person for a single customer. Moreover only 2 or 3 counters will be open. How can 100s of customers can get good within the the interval time. Worst case is that in-order to get a water bottle I stood in the queue for 20 mins.. There should be more number of counters to order and different counters for each food items. This is a serious thing. Because in PVR they don't allow outside food, then the customers should get food inside without any hassle. I am paying money for the entire movie so the service should be in such a way that I can order food without disrupting the movie time
