I have booked my ticket through pvr cinemas app. The payment process starts correctly, after entering the otp the amount has been debited from my account but then the tickets were not booked yet. It's not the first time we are facing this problem. We have already made a complaint about this but then there is no necessary actions were taken so far to overcome this issue. Please kindly refund the money.
