Hi, I had booked two tickets for 24.12.2022 on Friday that is on 23.12.2022., I had made payment through phone pe, at the first-time transaction failed, second time I tried then transaction was successful. on the second time booking it had taken ticket date as 23.12.2022 wrongly, I have not noticed the error & visited premises on 24.12.2022. At the time of entry, they did not let me in saying ticket is back dated, it was very embarrassing moment for me in front of my fiancée, then I had to buy 2 tickets paying additionally Rs 860 and saw movie sitting in very first row uncomfortably.
I am attaching both the tickets for your reference, I am requesting you to reimburse me the money I have paid additionally for buying extra tickets, also you can consider it as a compensation for loss my reputation in front of public & watching movie in a very uncomfortable situation.
