PVR Cinemas — Ticket Cancellation pending and refund not initiated

I am Naveen from Chennai and I have booked my tickets in pvr cinemas Pxl Vr Mall But i cancelled my ticket and booked another tickets immediately but still i didn't receive my refund for the cancellation. I have also attached my ticket for reference. Please do the need full. At the time of cancellation it showed Cancellation pending now the booking history is empty
