PVR Cinemas — Ticket not booked but amount debited from my account

I have gone to book 6 tickets of fast x Hindi-4dx 3d at 3 pm of 22 may. Amount 3840 but my ticket got cancelled after some time as my payment won't done in time and after 5 min my payment got deducted please help
