PVR Cinemas — Tickets not confirmed but amount got deducted on PVR App

I have booked tickets for Kaapa movie on 25Dec 2022 for the show on 26 Dec 2022 at PVR Nexus Mall Kukatpally at 5.20pm. But tickets are not confirmed though the amount got debited from the account.
