PVR Cinemas — Transaction done through bank but didn't book the tickets

Address:Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh

I, Dhirendra Saini ([protected]), Allahabad, booked 9 tickets at 10 AM. Bank showed the payment was done successfully but PVR site showed there was some error in transaction. What should I do now ? Should I book new tickets? or the previous payment can be used? Tell me asap.
